Real Time Feedback
Real Time Feedback
Real time feedback involves providing praise or construction criticism to an employee at the point of accomplishment or failure. Real-time feedback is a form of continuous performance management that looks on feedback as a concept that must be continually administered and developed, rather than an annual performance review.
Benefit of real time feedback:
Employees receive the frequent feedback they need in order to boost productivity and engagement; however, without a tool for recording any feedback (such as a formal check-in) it is difficult to get a holistic view of performance.
