Career Planning
Career Planning is the ongoing process where employee and company work together to explore the interests and aspirations of the employee. Together, the employee and manager create a strategic plan with career goals. Skill gaps to achieving those goals are identified and a learning and development plan is put in place to put the employee on a path to accomplishing his/her career goals.
