Managers and employees have a forum to capture their performance and one-on-one conversations outside of their formal performance review. Any related actions and notes from these conversations is captured to ensure employees are guided and supported throughout the year.

Check ins support ongoing conversations between managers and employees about goals and work progress. Employees are more engaged and focused on goals. It is also an opportunity to identify challenges, skill gaps, and development needs for the employee.
