What is Learning in the flow of work:
A new paradigm for employee learning characterized by self-directed and discoverable courses, delivered on-demand when the employee has need. This type of learning is often done with short “micro learning” courses that the employee can access any time or anywhere.
Benefit of learning in the flow of work:
Employees are more likely to engage with learning that can be done at their convenience. Shorter courses often result in greater retention and application of information learned.
