Real Time Learning
Real time learning:
learning that is delivered based on the employee’s immediate need and a specific learning goal. Courses are often short “micro learning” that can be used for both formal and informal training.
Benefit of real time learning:
Courses are employee driven and delivered at the point of need instead assigned based on a predetermined curriculum.
