The Cornerstone executive leadership team is a story of tenure, commitment and vision. The company's three co-founders are still leading Cornerstone today (and that's going back to our founding in 1999). The full executive leadership team continues to rally around Cornerstone's long-standing commitment to delivering world-class enterprise software in the cloud (we delivered from the cloud long before anyone even called it that). And, maybe best of all, the leadership team brings not only a wealth of professional experience to drive Cornerstone forward, but also a wide range of personal interests, nonprofit involvement and surprising talents that only come out at company parties. Meet the team:

Adam Miller is the Founder & CEO of Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ: CSOD). He founded Cornerstone in 1999 in his one-bedroom apartment to help people realize their potential, and he has grown it to be one of the largest cloud computing companies in the world with nearly 30 million users in 191 countries. Under his leadership, Cornerstone has grown at a compounded annual growth rate of over 50% since 2007 and today the Cornerstone global team operates in over 24 countries. Miller also is an active social entrepreneur. He is the chairman of the Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation, which helps people who help people, with a focus on education, workforce development and disaster relief. He is the current chairman of Team Rubicon, a leading veterans services organization providing humanitarian aid globally. He led the merger of FAAN and FAI to create FARE (Food Allergy Research & Education) and serves on FARE’s executive board. In addition to his work with FARE, he helped seed Aimmune Therapeutics and create the UCLA Food Allergy Center. He is the past-president and a current director of IKAR in Los Angeles. He also coaches his children’s AYSO and tournament soccer teams. Miller is also dedicated to the world of health and wellness. He is currently on the Board of Directors of MINDBODY, provider of business management software for the wellness services industry. Prior to founding Cornerstone, Miller served time as an investment banker and consultant. He co-authored Business Capital for Women and was a contributor to Talent Management. Miller is a frequent speaker and writer on entrepreneurship, philanthropy, technology and talent management. He was awarded the 2017 Best Practices Institute CEO Award and was named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2011. He was also named CEO of the Year by the Southern California Technology Association in 2009. Miller holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, a BS from its Wharton School of Business, a JD from the UCLA School of Law, an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business, and has both CPA and Series 7 certifications. But it was his two year trip around the world in his twenties that best prepared him to running a global business. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and 3 children.

ADAM MILLER

Founder & CEO

Jeff Lautenbach is President, Global Field Operations for Cornerstone OnDemand. In this role, Jeff is responsible for Cornerstone’s global sales, delivery and client success functions. Jeff brings more than 25 years of experience in building and transforming cloud and SaaS businesses to scale and leading direct and indirect teams. Most recently, Jeff served as president of worldwide field operations at Jive Software, where he led the company’s sales, business development and indirect channels around the globe. His extensive background also includes running enterprise commercial sales for North America at Salesforce.com, serving as Chief Revenue Officer for hc1.com, as well as leading the global CRM business for SAP. Prior to that, he spent nearly 20 years with IBM, overseeing more than 1,300 sales and technical professionals who supported IBM’s software customers. Jeff holds an MBA from University of Illinois and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Xavier University.

JEFF LAUTENBACH

President, Global Field Operations

Brian Swartz is the Chief Financial Officer of Cornerstone OnDemand. In this role, Brian is responsible for Cornerstone's financial related matters, including accounting, tax, treasury, financial reporting, FP&A, as well as investor relations, pricing, and strategic sourcing. Brian is a seasoned finance executive with more than 20 years of global finance, operations and business development experience and has established relationships with Wall Street investors and analysts. He has worked in a variety of industries, including e-commerce, technology and educational services. Prior to Cornerstone, Brian served as CFO of zulily, one of the largest e-commerce companies in the U.S. with over $1 billion in revenue. Prior to zulily, Brian served as CFO of Apollo Education Group, a global private-sector education company with over $2 billion in revenue. Before his role with Apollo, Brian was VP and Corporate Controller of EaglePicher, an industrial manufacturing and technology company. He began his career in public accounting and is a CPA. Brian has been a big supporter of the communities that he’s lived in having previously served as Chairman of the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation and as an Executive Committee and Board Member of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting major from the University of Arizona. He has a wife and two children and enjoys cycling and swimming and was a competitive triathlete.

BRIAN SWARTZ

Chief Financial Officer

Adrianna Burrows is the Chief Marketing Officer for Cornerstone OnDemand. She is responsible for the company’s global marketing functions, including branding, corporate marketing, demand generation and marketing communications. Adrianna is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years of experience in marketing, branding and communications for global, multinational technology firms. Prior to Cornerstone, Adrianna was responsible for all global corporate marketing functions at Stack Overflow, including branding, communications, digital marketing and demand generation. She also served as the General Manager of Windows marketing at Microsoft where she spent six years leading product marketing, business strategy, global channel strategy, brand communications, co-marketing initiatives and worldwide marketing strategy across more than 190 countries. As part of her leadership, the launch of Windows 10 saw a record number of downloads at launch. Adrianna was responsible for driving the end-to-end marketing and operational strategy to deliver the company’s flagship product across all channels and through global field organizations around the world for both commercial and consumer audiences. Adrianna also led the release and launch of many other Microsoft products including Surface and previous versions of Windows. Prior to joining Microsoft, Adrianna spent 13 years with global PR agency Waggener Edstrom Worldwide in various office locations. Prior to her departure, she was a Senior Vice President and agency board member, where she led the communications campaigns for several Microsoft businesses including Office and Internet Explorer, as well as a range of other accounts including AMD and Austin, TX-based start-ups.

ADRIANNA BURROWS

Chief Marketing Officer

Mark Goldin is the Chief Technology Officer for Cornerstone OnDemand. In this role, Mark is responsible for building and directing the company's global technology strategy, which will allow the organization to best scale in the midst of rapid growth. Goldin oversees application architecture, development, quality assurance and technology operations while leading a world-class team of engineers to assure Cornerstone's continued excellence in providing innovative and feature-rich talent management software. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Mark was the Chief Operations and Technology Officer at Green Dot Corporation where he oversaw application development, IT infrastructure, supply chain and logistics, and call center operations with a team that helped grow valuation by greater than a factor of 10 in just three years. Goldin has also held CTO positions at Thomson Elite (where he conceived, founded and ran SaaS pioneer Elite.com) and DestinationRx.

MARK GOLDIN

Chief Technology Officer

Adam Weiss is SVP Administration & General Counsel for Cornerstone OnDemand, In this role, Adam oversees all legal and business matters affecting the company and its international subsidiaries. Additionally, he leads the company’s legal, talent, and administration teams worldwide. Weiss helped guide the company through its successful IPO in 2011 and facilitated the launch of the Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Adam practiced law at Lurie, Zepeda, Schmalz & Hogan (now Lurie, Zepeda, Schmalz, Hogan & Martin). Adam serves as President of Shalom Institute, and sits on the boards of the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce and American Jewish Committee. Weiss holds a J.D. from UCLA School of Law and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Stanford University.

ADAM WEISS

SVP Admininstration & General Counsel

Vincent Belliveau is Executive Vice President and General Manager of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for Cornerstone OnDemand. He is responsible for overseeing all of Cornerstone's European operations including sales and marketing, implementation, services and support. Vincent joined Cornerstone in 2007 and has built the company’s very successful EMEA business essentially from scratch. Prior to joining Cornerstone OnDemand, Belliveau served as the North East Europe Director of IBM's Master Data Management (MDM) and Information Integration Solutions. Vincent also served as IBM's EMEA Sales Director for WebSphere Product Center Software (formerly known as Trigo), where he grew the client base, developed key routes to markets and increased license sales. Prior to that, Belliveau honed his management consulting and business analysis skills while at McKinsey & Company. Vincent received his Commerce Baccalaureate (B.Com) from McGill University, where he majored in accounting and finance. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish. Vincent currently resides in Paris, France with his family.

VINCENT BELLIVEAU

EVP & General Manager of Europe Middle East & Africa

As Executive Director of the Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation, Julie Brandt is responsible for developing and driving the growth, reach, and sustainability of the foundation. Before joining Cornerstone, she advised companies and individuals on philanthropic, community relations, and public affairs strategies and previously served as senior vice president of corporate social responsibility and public affairs for ACC Capital Holdings, where she oversaw all philanthropic and communications efforts. Prior to her work with ACC, Julie was director of the Mayor's Small Business Commission and deputy director of policy for the Mayor's Office of Economic Development in San Francisco. Her professional experience also includes managing community and government relations for the Pacific Gas & Electric Company and for Assemblyman John Burton (D-San Francisco). Julie holds a BA in sociology from Stanford University and is a Wexner Fellow and a graduate of the Coro Foundation Public Policy program. She currently serves on the advisory board of Beyond Differences and on the board of directors of the John Burton Foundation for Children Without Homes.

JULIE BRANDT

Executive Director, Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation

Jason Corsello is SVP of Strategy and Corporate Development for Cornerstone. He is responsible for driving the company’s product innovation, go-to-market strategies and new corporate initiatives. This includes guiding M&A and Cornerstone’s corporate venture investments, as well as overseeing new product initiatives in the areas of PaaS, workforce analytics and mobile. Jason has over 20 years of experience in enterprise software, market research and management consulting. Prior to joining Cornerstone in 2011, he worked with HR consulting firm Knowledge Infusion (now Appirio), where he was senior vice president of strategy and corporate development, responsible for the organization's strategy and solutions. He also developed and launched many new services for the firm and played a lead consulting role with many of Knowledge Infusion’s Global 2000 clients, such as Nike, Dell and Metlife. His background also includes a research director role with Yankee Group, leading the company's human capital management and talent management advisory and consulting services. He also spent six years with Flextronics International (now Flex), where he worked with large, multi-national clients in developing their outsourced manufacturing and supply chain strategies. Corsello is an active participant in the human capital management community, speaking at events such as the HR Technology Conference and LA Tech Summit. He has also been featured as an industry expert in media outlets such as The Economist, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes and CIO Magazine. JASON CORSELLO

Senior Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development

Chirag Shah is Senior Vice President & General Manager, Emerging Markets at Cornerstone OnDemand. In this role, Chirag leads the company’s strategy for both the Asia-Pacific & Japan (APJ) region as well as the global Small & Medium-Sized Business (SMB) segment, which represent Cornerstone's two largest growth investments. This includes providing oversight for sales, marketing, alliances, client success and operations for both APJ and SMB, and guiding product development for the company's PiiQ solution. Prior to his current role, Chirag served in a variety of leadership capacities in the areas of strategy, finance and corporate development. Most recently, Chirag was Vice President, Finance & Strategy for Cornerstone, where he provided oversight over corporate strategic planning and budgeting, investor relations, global pricing and corporate development. Earlier in his tenure with Cornerstone, Chirag helped spearhead the company’s successful initial public offering, which was completed in March 2011. Prior to joining Cornerstone in 2009, Chirag was an investment banker focused on mergers and acquisitions. Chirag is passionate about supporting causes that help alleviate the impact of economic inequality on children. He previously served as a Board Member for the Boys & Girls Club of East Los Angeles and worked with Reading Partners, a non-profit focused on improving literacy levels of children from low-income communities. Chirag holds a B.S. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

CHIRAG SHAH

SVP & General Manager, Emerging Markets

Kimberly Cassady is the Chief Talent Officer at Cornerstone OnDemand. In this role, Kimberly drives all internal talent initiatives for Cornerstone’s global workforce, including talent acquisition, talent operations and compliance, learning and development, global engagement, compensation and benefits, and facilities and administration. She directly leads a team of more than 40 talent practitioners. Kimberly brings more than 18 years of experience in human resources and operations leadership. Prior to Cornerstone, she held human resources leadership roles at Galileo Processing and spent more than 10 years in human resources and manufacturing leadership at Valassis. Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Master’s in Business Administration, as well as a Six Sigma Black Belt. She resides in Los Angeles where you can frequently find her riding her Harley along the coast.
